Ticket Sales to the SalesShaker Event will close on October 25, 2022. If maximum capacity is reached before this date, the ticket office will be closed prior to this deadline. Participation is not guaranteed until the full payment of the ticket fee is received.
Participants will receive a confirmation email from our registration system after successful registration. An invoice for the event fee will be sent after the registration is processed internally.
Please save a copy of your confirmation on your mobile (or print it, if needed) to be shown if asked. Participation is not guaranteed until the full payment of the ticket fee is received.

We understand that attendees who have registered and or paid for the SalesShaker 2022 Event may have to cancel their plans due to unforeseen circumstances. As such, please note that cancellation / refund requests for an already confirmed and paid registration will be processed according to the following:
In the case that the Event is cancelled by the organizers for internal and logistic reasons, or for any reason or any factor out of the control of the Organizing Committee, such as force majeure, natural disasters, weather conditions, acts of terrorism, or any other cause beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, which results in the SalesShaker 2022 Event not taking place; The Organizing Committee will try to make all possible efforts to reschedule the Event. In the impossibility of participating in the rescheduled date, the registration fees of confirmed payments will be refunded. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to the refund and they shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, however, caused, incurred or arising. In particular, the SalesShaker 2022 Event organizers shall not be liable to refund any travel or hotel costs incurred by delegates or their organizations.
Delegates and accompanying partners are advised to take out comprehensive insurance, including travel insurance. Any collection costs incurred will be the responsibility of the debtor.
Authorization for the processing of personal data. The participant authorizes Souviarte de Mafra Unipessoal Lda. Portugal, with the identification number of collective person 513980393, collection and treatment for the purposes of the participant’ registration on the SalesShaker 2022 Event (“the Event”), of all the participant personal data identified in this form, in accordance with Law n.º 67/98 of 10th October, with the amendments introduced by Law nr.º 103/2015 of August 24, as well as the general regulation on data protection (regulation (EU) 2016/ 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The participant accepts that the personal data provided is saved by Souviarte de Mafra Unip. Lda Portugal, provided the participant does not request the removal of his/her registration. The participant declares that he/she has been informed that he/she is guaranteed, as the holder of the personal data processed, the right of access, rectification, disposal or portability of his/her personal data processed under this form. To this end, if the participant wishes to access, rectify or delete his/her personal data, he/she should contact SalesShaker via email address: info@salesshaker.com
The participant has learned that Souviarte de Mafra Unipessoal Lda, Portugal collects, stores and processes exclusively the personal data contained in this form and which are intended solely for use in the creation of a database with a view to i) Receipt Issue; ii) Sending of information related to the Event; iii) Statistical Effects.

The participant has taken notice and declares his/her consent to Souviarte de Mafra Unipessoal Lda, Portugal, or the entity itself designated (“third”), to use his/her image, voice, performance and comments (“image”), for any purpose related to the disclosure of the Event. Consent includes permission to edit, view, give, transfer, publish or use the image, or any part of it. The image can be used in all forms of communication and Support: printing, internet, social networks, videos, television, radio, etc.
The participant declares that he/she has been informed that the data collected will be subject to treatment with the exclusive end of this declaration and that he/she has the right to be able to withdraw consent at any time. Declare, finally, acknowledge that it is not due to any payment for the use of the image and that this consent is provided in a voluntary manner. The SalesShaker 2022 Event Organizing Committee will not accept any liability for death, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered for any person (including accompanying persons or partners or attendant caregivers) in or outside of the conference locations. In particular, the organizers will not accept any liability for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by hotel companies or transport operators. Nor can the organizers accept liability for losses suffered by reasons of war, including threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disasters, weather, fire, flood, drought, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates and/or partners in connection with the meeting, nor losses suffered for reasons of industrial disputes, governmental action, registrations or technical problems, which may affect the services provided in connection with the meeting.
